Becks: England can win World Cup under Capello

England midfielder David Beckham has said he believes his country can win the World Cup in South Africa, under the direction of Fabio Capello.

England have impressed in qualifying after winning seven of their Group Six games to date and seal progression to the showpiece event with victory over Croatia, next week.

Capello's side have a friendly against Slovenia on Saturday at Wembley Stadium and into the standings with a confidence that they had before their meeting before Euro 2008, which saw England fail to qualify for a major international tournament for the first time since 1994.
