Lescott and Robinson ruled out of England squad

England, Fabio Capello has named Joe Hart and Gary Cahill in his squad for the World Cup qualifier against Ukraine and Belarus after injuries to Paul Robinson and Joleon Lescott.

Blackburn goalkeeper Robinson will return to his club after a hip problem, while Lescott heads back to Manchester City after a calf problem picked up in the Premier League draw at Aston Villa last night.

Ben Foster explained the omission as a chest injury, Hart has been rewarded for a solid start to his loan period at Birmingham.
