Guardado raring to go again

What fascinates me, is the opening. Everyone will look at us and I believe that no country wants to have this opportunity.
Andres Guardado Mexico

What do you think of the group in Mexico in South Africa?
It will be difficult. The host country always tend to do well in the World Cup. Then there is France, which will of [Yoann Gourcuff], [Franck] Ribery and William [Gallas] have. And while the Uruguayans have never reached the finals in good condition is always very difficult to oppose. What fascinates me, is the opening. The world will be watching and I think that any country would want to have this opportunity.

There is always a tremendous amount of pressure on Mexico when they play. Is that more players?
Yes, of course. Try to keep your work and put everything out, but the whole country stops when the national team plays. Sometimes people do not understand the level of passion among the fans of Mexico. The cities are like ghost towns, each TV with the game in Mexico and all the presenters on TV, but not sporting events, dress shirts from Mexico. Everyone has an opinion, and of course, that creates pressure for us. Our job is to get the head and calm as possible on the ground trying.

To what extent do you think this team can go?
I have no limits. There are always surprises in football, and although probably no one gives us a good chance of reaching the next round or quarter-finals, we are confident that we can draw from the World Cup.
